I’m a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner. The ThetaHealing meditation technique provides an effective framework for creating your life in the highest and best ways possible. 

What does the ThetaHealing meditation technique do?

ThetaHealing dissolves negative beliefs with ease and grace. It releases old emotional bonds and bad habits. It removes blocks and sets you free, creating the space for you to live in your potential!

How does it work?

ThetaHealing works by utilizing the natural theta brainwaves, which grant us access to the subconscious. While operating in the powerful subconscious, we create a positive, deep change instantaneously.

All of your beliefs are actively and passively creating your current life. While the empowering beliefs are creating fulfillment, the limiting belief are creating obstacles and difficulty. These limiting beliefs are responsible for the lack you feel in any area of life, inducing your career, relationships, finance, health and life purpose.

Once the limiting beliefs are uncovered, we use the ThetaHealing meditation technique to instantly substitute and install empowering and positive beliefs in their place. During the ThetaHealing session, the client experiences a deep, positive change immediately, and usually feelings of peace and contentment. Clients often notice the positive changes in their lives within only a couple of days after a session.

What is the ThetaHealing®  Technique?

“The ThetaHealing meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health.  Her original book details her personal healing journey and her connection to the Creator utilizing her meditation technique.  She did not start teaching the ThetaHealing technique until 2006 or so, after she had perfected the technique on herself.

The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improvement in mind, body and spirit while getting closer to the Creator of All That Is (our God has many names and we call him Creator).  It is a focused prayer to the Creator and allows you to train your mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Through meditation and prayer, the ThetaHealing Technique creates a positive lifestyle.

The ThetaHealing technique is always taught to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine. It teaches how to put to use one’s own natural intuition, relying upon unconditional love of Creator Of All That Is to do the actual “work.” We believe by focused prayer utilizing a “Theta” and “delta” brainwave (incorporating physics and quantum physics), you can actually witness the Creator Of All That Is create instantaneous physical and emotional wellbeing.
